Started by two female entrepreneurs, Hiatus Spa + Retreat was expanding and needed a brand re-fresh to reach a millennial audience and separate itself from a pack of earthy, zen spa brands.
Starting with a brand strategy that helped them solidify a direction and new message, we created a spa brand that feels like a breath of fresh air. Executions include logo design, messaging, web re-design, app design, social, new photography, and all printed and digital marketing materials.
The difference? Valentine’s Day sales in 2017 increased by 8x the previous year’s and Hiatus is set to open two new locations on May 1.
