Local personal injury attorneys Fogelman & Von Flatern sought help differentiating their brand in a highly competitive market. The catch? Any advertising a personal injury firm does can immediately undercut its brand. How do we create a brand that stands for something, and avoids any whiff of “TV lawyer”?

We created a brand strategy to work through this problem and define some brand messaging. Heartened by these attorneys’ purity of mission, we chose to simplify their name, create a new logo that felt modern, professional, and friendly and highlight the human faces behind the work they do.

After conducting personal interviews with their clients, we worked with photographer George Brainard to create client portraits and the team at Res Ipsa to capture their stories on video. Execution includes brand strategy, messaging, tagline, logo re-design, and the creation and production of these client stories.
